STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING SERVICE OF PROCESS AND EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties hereto, through their undersigned counsel, unless otherwise ordered by the Court, as follows: 1. Undersigned counsel for Defendants is authorized to accept, and hereby does accept, service of the Summons and Complaint (Dkt. Nos. 1, 4) in the Action on behalf of each Defendant.
