April 21, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 26 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: On December 22, 2020, the Court granted Defendants' motion to dismiss without prejudice to Plaintiff filing an amended complaint within sixty days of the Court's order. Dkt. No. 18. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint within the time allotted. Accordingly, the case is dismissed. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the case. December 22, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ORDER granting 12 Motion to Dismiss. Defendants' motion to substitute the United States for Barr and the Warden and to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is GRANTED without prejudice. September 17, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER OF SERVICE: The Court directs the Clerk of Court to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, together with an information package. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's claims against Attorney General Barr. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 21. The Cour t also directs the Clerk of Court to (1) issue a summons for Warden Lincon-Vitale, (2) complete a USM-285 form with the service address for Warden Lincon-Vitale, (3) mark the box on the USM-285 form labeled "Check for service on U.S.A.," and (4) deliver all documents necessary to effect service on Warden Lincon-Vitale to the U.S. Marshals Service. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore I FP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v.
