ORDER granting #16 Letter Motion to Seal. The Court is in receipt of Defendant Kyle Lewis's motion to disqualify Wigdor LP as Plaintiff's counsel (Dkt. #13), accompanying memorandum of law (Dkt. #14), and declaration and exhibits (Dkt. # 15); Plaintiff's motion to seal Defendant's filings accompanying the motion to disqualify (Dkt. #16); and Defendant's letter in opposition to the motion to seal (Dkt. #18). In light of the character of some of the information and allegations contained in Defendant's filings and their irrelevancy to the motion to disqualify, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's motion to seal pending resolution of the motion to disqualify. The Clerk of Court is directed to make docket numbers 14, 15, and 18 visible to the Court and parties only. Additionally, Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to respond to Defendant's motion to disqualify on or before October 9, 2020; Defendant's reply is due on or before October 16, 2020. The parties are further ORDERED to appear for a motion conference on October 21, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. The conference will proceed by video conference.
