ORDER granting in part #11 Letter Motion to Adjourn Conference. The application is GRANTED in part. Sufficient cause having been demonstrated, Plaintiff shall serve the summons, complaint and a copy of this Order on Defendants by email to JWelcome@welcomelawfirm.com and first class mail to Defendants' registered address, 80 Central Avenue, Waterbury, CT 06702. By October 5, 2020, Plaintiff shall file proof of such service. The conference scheduled for October 8, 2020, is adjourned to October 29, 2020, at 10:30 a.m., on the following conference call line: 888-363-4749, access code 558-3333. The time of the conference is approximate but the parties shall be ready to proceed by that time. ORDER : It is hereby ORDERED that a conference will be held at October 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The conference will be telephonic. The time of the conference is approximate, but the parties shall be ready to proceed by that time. The Court will call the parties at the number provided in the joint letter (discussed below) once the conference is ready to begin. All pretrial conferences must be attended by the attorney who will serve as principal trial counsel. The parties shall ensure they are all dialed into the conference call by the appointed conference time. Additionally, in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules, the parties are hereby ORDERED to prepare a joint Proposed Civil Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order in the form available at the Court's website (http://nysd.uscourts.gov/judge/Schofield) and append it to their joint letter described below. The parties must propose dates for the various deadlines even if they intend to request a stay of discovery. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint letter on ECF at least seven calendar days prior to the initial pre-trial conference, not to exceed 5 pages, providing the following information in separate paragraphs as further set forth in this Order. Counsel who have noticed an appearance as of the issuance of this order are directed (i) to notify all other parties' attorneys in this action by serving upon each of them a copy of this order and the Court's Individual Rules forthwith, and (ii) to file proof of such notice with the Court. If unaware of the identity of counsel for any of the parties, counsel receiving this order must send a copy of this order and Individual Rules to that party personally.
