ORDER granting #25 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. The parties are hereby ORDERED to meet and confer and submit a joint letter to the Court by September 25, 2020 indicating, at a minimum: (1) whether the preliminary injunction can be resolved on the papers; (2) alternatively, whether an evidentiary hearing is necessary on the motion for a preliminary injunction and, if so, a proposed time frame for that hearing; (2) if the parties determine that a hearing is necessary, whether any discovery is necessary; (3) if a hearing is necessary, a proposal for how long such a hearing would take and an indication of whether the parties would expect there to be witnesses; (4) if such a hearing is necessary, whether the parties would prefer to proceed remotely or in-person; and (5) by what date the preliminary injunction petition must be resolved. In addition, Respondents' motion for leave to file a sur-reply, Dkt. No. 25, is hereby GRANTED.
