ORDER: As discussed at the initial case management conference today, Plaintiff will file an amended complaint either on consent or by motion seeking leave to file pursuant to Rule 15(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by October 16, 2020. The parties will then determine if a remand is appropriate due to lack of diversity jurisdiction once the new party is added and, if so, whether they will stipulate to a remand. Any stipulation to remand (or alternatively a request for a case management conference should the parties determine there is jurisdiction to proceed in this Court) should be filed no later than October 30, 2020.
