The Court remands these actions under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c) to the State of New York Family Court, City of New York, Kings County. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to that court and to close this action here. All pending matters are terminated. In light of the foregoing, the Court hereby DENIES Plaintiff's motion to seal as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate ECF No. 5 and to strike the submission from the docket. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
