MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: #6 Letter filed by Anthony Rotondo, ENDORSEMENT: The Court refers Plaintiff to its September 28, 2020 Order, which "encourages plaintiffs to serve defendants promptly." See Dkt. 3 at 1 (using bold font). The Order also notes that the Court will not necessarily grant adjournments of the initial pretrial conference ("IPTC") on the ground that one or more Defendants have not been served prior to the scheduled IPTC. Id. The IPTC is hereby adjourned to Friday, December 4, 2020, at 12:00 P.M. Pre-conference submissions as outlined in the Court's September 28, 2020 Order are due no later than Wednesday, November 25, 2020. The Court is unlikely to grant further extensions.
