STIPULATION AND ORDER CONCERNING DEFENDANTS' ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE AND TIME TO ANSWER: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff Regan Wood d/b/a Regan Wood Photography ("Plaintiff') and Defendants Observer Holdings LLC and The New York Observer, LLC (collectively, "Defendants"), as follows: 1. Defendants have agreed to accept service of the Summons and Complaint (and exhibits thereto) in this Action through its undersigned attorneys. Service is deemed to have been accepted as of October 6, 2020, by agreement. By authorizing their counsel to accept service on their behalf, Defendants expressly waive their defenses concerning insufficient process and insufficient service of process pursuant to Rules 12(b)(4) and (5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. All other rights and defenses are expressly reserved. 2. Defendants' time to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this matter shall extend to and include December 7, 2020.
