ORDER: While the Court is not prepared to grant Defendants Hanke and IOLO's request for a stay based on their November 18, 2020 letter alone, Defendants Hanke and IOLO may file a formal motion for a stay. Any such motion must be filed by December 8, 2020; Plaintiff must then file his opposition by December 22, 2020; and Defendants Hanke and IOLO shall file their reply, if any, by January 4, 2021. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear for an Initial Pretrial Conference ("IPTC") in accordance with Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on January 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Court will conduct the IPTC by teleconference.
