P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Dkt. 15. The Second Circuit has not required district courts to review and approve settlement agreements that result in the dismissal of FLSA actions without prejudice. See Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House Inc., 796 F.3d 199, 201 n.2 (2d Cir. 2015). Accordingly, the Court will not hold a Cheeks hearing at this time. SO ORDERED.
