STIPULATION AND ORDER TO REFER ACTION TO ARBITRATION AND STAY PROCEEDINGS: NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated by and between the undersigned, attorneys for the Parties herein, that: 1. The Parties hereby stipulate and agree to submit the entire Action to a final and binding arbitration before JAMS, which shall be conducted under the JAMS Employment Arbitration Rules & Procedures, as set forth in the Agreement to Arbitrate Claims and shall take place in New York, New York; 2. Upon the filing of this Stipulation and Order, Plaintiff's claims against the Defendants in the October 7, 2020, Complaint shall be stayed pending resolution of the arbitration; and 3. The Parties jointly request that this Court retain jurisdiction for the sole purpose of entering the final judgment on arbitration proceedings, as necessary. The action is hereby STAYED pending the resolution of the arbitration, and all deadlines and conferences are cancelled. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Lewis J.
