IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the Parties, pending approval of this Court, that within 14 days after being served with AT&T's designations, NIU and NII may file with the bankruptcy clerk and serve on AT&T a designation of additional items to be included in the record. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the Parties, pending approval of this Court, that except as provided above, nothing in this Stipulation shall waive any right or defense of any Party, all of which rights and defenses are expressly reserved.
