Service of process by private courier FedEx, return receipt requested, at the following addresses: (1) Metalex 2000 LLC, 488 NE 18th Street, Miami FL 33132, and (2) Mr. Enio R. OrtizManager, Romar International/Metalex 2000 LLC, 14334 Biscayne Blvd., North Miami Beach, FL 33181; 4. Service of process on Tamara Michelle Velez by both personal service and private courier FedEx at the following address: 74 E y Avenida L Sur, San Francisco, Panama City, Panama, 0823-02038, PA; Petitioner shall also commence service of process pursuant to the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory. When it has completed service by these four means and commenced service pursuant to the Inter-American Convention, petitioner shall inform this Court in writing. So ordered.
