No. 5), Judge Swain referred this case to me for General Pretrial, including settlement. The parties and the Court conferred, and agreed that a settlement conference will be held before me on March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Unless circumstances permit otherwise, the conference will be held by telephone rather than in person.
