Filing 9 LETTER addressed to Judge Colleen McMahon from T. Komatsu, dated 2/12/21 re: I am submitting this letter to infom you that though you issued an order on 1/28/21(Dkt. 6) in this case to have it re-opened by vacating your baseless 1/7/21 order (Dkt. 3) in it that upheld the baseless and entirely fraudulent order (Dkt. 62) that U. S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos illegally issued on 1/5/21 in Komatsu v. City of New York, No. 20-cv-7046(ER)(GWG) through which he caused my complaint to be struck while he had absolutely no jurisdiction to do so at a time when this case was not assigned to any judge, etc. Document filed by Towaki Komatsu.(sc) |

Filing 5 LETTER from T. Komatsu, dated 1/21/21 re: Attached is the copy of the order (Dkt 73) within the annexed Exhibit A that U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos issued on 1/19/21 in Kamatsu v. City of New York, No. 20cv7046(ER)(GWG) which is hereinafter referred to as "K1." That order confirms that he authorized me to submit a motion to reopen the case of Komatsu v. City of New York, No. 20cv10942(UA)(S.D.N.Y.) which is hereinafter referred to as "K2" etc. In Judge Ramos's 1/19/21 order in K1, he indicated that I needed to provide an explanation about why the substance of the complaint that I filed on 12/25/20 to commence K2 is not subject to restrictions which he imposed on me on 12/15/20 in K1 etc. Document filed by Towaki Komatsu..(sc) |
Filing 4 LETTER addressed to Judge Colleen McMahon from T. City of New York, No. 18-cv-3698(LGS)(GWG) that is hereinafter referred to as "K1" in which she explicitly stated the following: "Plaintiff must file new civil actions without Court intervention." Filing 3 Vacated as per Judges Order dated 1/28/2021, Doc. #6 ORDER: In light of the attached order, issued by Judge Edgardo Ramos in the matter of Komatsu v. City of New York, 1:20-CV-7046, 62 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 5, 2021), the Court directs the Clerk of Court to administratively close this action. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf.
