February 5, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER FOR PRO SE EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION CASES: It is hereby ORDERED that, the case is referred for mediation to the Court-annexed Mediation Program. The parties are hereby notified that Local Civil Rule 83.9 shall govern the mediation. The mediation will have no effect upon any scheduling Order issued by this Court, without leave of this Court. This means that all parties are obligated to continue to litigate the case. To the extent possible, the Mediation Program is directed to appoint a mediator with expertise in employment law.
