JOINT STIPULATION, The Parties in the above-captioned action hereby jointly stipulate that Defendants' time to respond to the Complaint is extended to Friday, March 26, 2021. Application GRANTED. The parties are reminded that, per the Notice of Initial Pretrial Conference (Dkt. #7), the parties shall file by the Thursday before the conference a joint letter and proposed Civil Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order. Please ensure those items are submitted on or before March 25, 2021. The parties may also request in their pre-conference letter an adjournment of the IPTC if they are able to mutually agree on a Case Management Plan, do not have any specific issues they wish to raise before the Court, and desire to proceed directly to discovery.
