STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO ANSWER, MOVE, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT, NOW THEREFORE, Plaintiff and the Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the Court's approval, as follows: 1. By accepting service of the Complaint without requiring Plaintiff to make service in a more formal manner, the Defendants reserve all rights and defenses (including all defenses as to jurisdiction and venue), and waive none, other than with respect to the manner and sufficiency of service of process; 2.
