ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Site Development Group, Inc. show cause before the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla, United States District Judge, at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007, Courtroom 618 on May 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, as to why a default judgment should not be entered against it, pursuant to Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that service of a copy of this order and the accompanying papers upon Defendant Site Development Group, Inc. on or before April 22, 2021, shall be deemed good service thereof. Defendant Site Development Group, Inc. is advised that the failure to respond to the Order to Show Cause may be grounds for granting default judgment in Plaintiffs Tawfeeq Almoayed Building Co., W.L.L. and Abdulla Almoayed's favor.
