REPORT OF RULE 26(f) MEETING AND CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN: In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f), counsel for the parties spoke on May 17, 2021, and exchanged communications thereafter, and submit the following report of their meeting for the court's consideration: Deposition due by 12/15/2021. All Fact Discovery due by 12/15/2021. All Expert All Discovery due by 12/15/2021. The parties have not discussed the possibility of settlement. The parties request a settlement conference by no later than December 15, 2021. The parties anticipate that this case will be ready for trial by February 2022. The parties anticipate that the trial of this case will require 3-4 days. Jury Trial is requested by both parties. The parties' proposed case management plan is approved.
