ORDER: Schindler shall, on or before April 30, 2021, (1) show cause as to why Otis's consent is not required for the removal of this case or (2) have Otis notify the Court of its consent. See Berrios v. Our Lady of Mercy Med. Ctr., No. 99-cv-21, 1999 WL 92269, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 19, 1999) ("[C]onsent communicated among the defendants is insufficient; each defendant must notify the Court of its consent prior to the expiration of the thirty-day period for the removal petition to be timely.").
