Filing 12 STIPULATION AND ORDER WITH RESPECT TO ADJOURNMENT OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND ENTRY OF TEMPORARY STAY: ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Petitioners and Respondent, through their undersigned counsel, that: 1. The briefing schedule entered by the Court at Docket Entry Number 8 shall be adjourned; 2. The proceedings shall be stayed until the High Court of Singapore issues a decision on the Applications, and the Parties are to file a joint status report with the Court within 10 days of such decision; 3. The joint status report shall set forth a briefing schedule with respect to the Petitions that includes a date upon which Petitioner shall file and serve any additional material with which they intend to support the Petition, or otherwise state the positions of the Parties: and 4. This stipulation and order shall be without prejudice to the substantive and procedural right and defenses of the Parties, and all such rights and defenses are expressly preserved. More specifically, Petitioners and Respondents both reserve all arguments, objection, defenses, and claims and, through this joint stipulation or otherwise, are not hereby releasing an arguments, objections, defenses, or claims. The parties' stipulation is approved. The Clerk of Court is directed to note on the Docket that this matter is stayed.
