June 7, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 18 CIVIL JUDGMENT: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff's claims arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983, 18 U.S.C. 1962, and 18 U.S.C. 241, 242 are dismissed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Court dismisses any state-law assault claims Plaintiff may be asserting against the unknown member of Black Lives Matter without prejudice. The Court denies Plaintiff's requests to compel discovery (ECF 6-16) as moot. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from the Courts judgment would not be taken in good faith. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court mail a copy of this judgment to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. SO ORDERED. June 7, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 17 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: The Court dismisses Plaintiff's claims arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983, 18 U.S.C. 1962, and 18 U.S.C. 241, 242 for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Court dismisses any state-law assault claims Plaintiff may be asserting against the unknown member of Black Lives Matter without prejudice. The Court denies Plaintiff's requests to compel discovery (ECF 6-16) as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket.
