STIPULATION AND ORDER CONCERNING THE TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff Hassett, Defendant Armani US, and Defendant Giorgio Armani S.p.A. ("Armani Italy"), through their respective counsel, undersigned, as follows: Through its undersigned counsel, Armani Italy agrees to accept via electronic mail service of the Summons and Complaint in this matter, and service on Defendant Armani Italy is deemed to have been made on June 30, 2021, by agreement. Defendants Armani US and Armani Italy expressly waive any defenses concerning insufficient process and insufficient service of process pursuant to Rules 12 (b)(4) and (5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendants Armani US and Armani Italy's time to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to the First Amended Complaint filed in the above-captioned matter shall extend to and include September 28, 2021. No prior stipulation or request to the Court has been made in this matter concerning the matters described herein. The parties consent as to all matters described herein. No scheduling order has been entered in this case, nor has a conference before the Court been scheduled, and therefore no other scheduled dates in this matter shall be affected by this Stipulation. The parties reserve all rights to seek a modification, alteration, or amendment to this Stipulation. The undersigned counsel further agree that facsimile and electronic signatures on this Stipulation shall have the same force and effect as original signatures and this Stipulation may be signed in counterparts.
