Plaintiffs have presented the Court with the affidavit of their process server, who avers that she completed service upon the property manager at one of the two addresses provided for notice in the license agreement between Plaintiffs and Defendants. The property manager indicated that she would inform Jarka Duba, who signed the license agreement as the Managing Director of Granite Roots LLC and as the CEO of ZG Holdings. Plaintiffs have also furnished the Court with email correspondence between themselves and Mr. Duba, who indicated the he would pick up the documents today.
