ORDER: On May 19, 2021, plaintiff filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Ubiquiti, Inc. securities between January 11, 2021 and March 30, 2021, inclusive, and who were damaged thereby. The complaint alleges violations of l0(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("1934 Act"). Section 78u-4 (a) (3) (A) of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act ("PSLRA"), 15 U.S.C. 78u-4 (a) (3) (A), requires that; as further set forth herein. Plaintiff's counsel appears to have published the required notice on May 19. Members of the purported class therefore have until July 18 to move the Court to serve as lead plaintiffs. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that any opposition to any motion for appointment of lead plaintiff shall be served and filed by July 26. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a telephone conference shall be held on July 30 at 2:00 p.m. to consider any motions for appointment of lead plaintiff and lead counsel and for consolidation.
