As stated on the record during the July 15, 2021 telephone conference, the briefing schedule for Defendants anticipated motion to dismiss is as follows: Defendants motion is due no later than August 13, 2021; Plaintiff's opposition is due no later than four weeks after the date of service of the motion; and Defendants reply, if any, is due no later than two weeks after the date of service of the opposition. For the reasons stated on the record during the July 15, 2021 conference, the Court defers ruling on Defendants application to stay discovery pending resolution of the motion to dismiss until the initial pretrial conference scheduled for August 19, 2021.
