R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). This action is hereby remanded to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County. See 28 U.S.C. 1447(c). Upon remand, the caption to the action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, Index Number 21987/16E will remain as it was prior to its removal to federal court, with the exception that Dr. Taylor-Kamara will be removed from the caption as she is no longer an individually named defendant in that matter.
