Filing 6 ORDER in case 1:21-cv-03587-AT; granting in part and denying in part (5) Motion to Appoint in case 1:21-cv-03769-AT; granting in part and denying in part (5) Motion to Appoint in case 1:21-cv-04921-AT. Accordingly, the six above captioned cases are CONSOLIDATED. The Clerk of Court is directed to consolidate the actions with 21 Civ. 3587 as the lead case. Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED as to the appointment of Monteverde and Kahn Swick as interim lead co-counsel and DENIED without prejudice to renewal as to the appointment of Castelli and Monroy as lead plaintiffs. By August 24, 2021, the parties shall submit a proposed schedule for the filing of an amended, consolidated complaint, and the time for Defendants' response. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motions at No. 21 Civ. 3769, ECF No. 5, and No. 21 Civ. 4921, ECF No. 5. SO ORDERED..
