IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that, as Defendants Ryder Truck Rental LT and Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. were discontinued from the state court action before it was removed to the Southern District of New York, these defendants are severed from the remaining action and are hereby deleted from the caption.
