STIPULATION OF SUBSTITUTION: Plaintiff Brittany Hosea-Small ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Verizon Media Inc. ("Verizon"), through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows: WHEREAS, on June 11, 2021 Plaintiff filed the Complaint in this action against Verizon; WHEREAS, thereafter counsel for Verizon have stated to counsel for Plaintiff that Oath Inc. (a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware), which offers Yahoo-branded services, is the proper party defendant to this litigation and should therefore be substituted for Verizon Media Inc. as defendant in the above-captioned matter so that all claims made against Verizon Media Inc. are now made against Oath; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Plaintiff and Oath that: Oath be substituted in place of Verizon Media Inc. in this action; the caption of this action will hereafter reflect that party substitution; and Verizon Media Inc. shall be dismissed without prejudice.
