Filing 8 LETTER from Jevon Martin, dated 7/1/21 re: I have been with STARR since inception when Mariah Lopez took the initiative to reinstate her mothers organization. My role on Sunday was, as a sponsor Princess Janae Place, who provided the food for thousands of participants and the Marsha P. Johnson family etc. This is unacceptable what happened on Pride 2021. Thousands of people were inconvenienced, and there were several medical situations which could have been avoided if the bathrooms were available etc. For these reasons(as indicated) and, as a member of STARR, I request that the Court grant the plaintiff's request for TRO against the defendants, ordering the bathrooms closest to Pier 45 and 46 respectively to remain open while the park is open to the public. Document filed by Jevon Martin, a non-party. (sc) Modified on 7/7/2021 (sc). |
