STIPULATION REGARDING PLAINTIFF'S PROSPECTIVE AMENDMENT OF COMPLAINT AND DEFENDANTS' DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS: Counsel for Plaintiff Ed Henry ("Henry") and Defendants National Public Radio, Inc. (incorrectly named as National Public Radio), David Folkenflik, Cable News Network, Inc., Alisyn Camerota, and Brian Stelter (together, "Defendants") stipulate and agree as follows: 1. Henry shall file any Amended Complaint against Defendants, or advise Defendants and the Court that he is not amending his Complaint, by December 14, 2021. 2. Defendants shall file their respective motions to dismiss (or other dispositive motions) against either the current Complaint or any Amended Complaint by January 18, 2022. Henry shall file any opposition to the motions by February 8, 2022, and Defendants shall file any replies by March 1, 2022. 3.
