Counsel for all parties are hereby ORDERED to appear before the undersigned for an Initial Pretrial Conference ("IPTC") in accordance with Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on October 27, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. The Court notes that it will hold an IPTC for the related case Diatek Licensing LLC v. Home Box Office, Inc., No. 20 Civ. 6457 (JPC), on October 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., in the event counsel wishes to observe that conference.
