STIPULATED ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: "Affiliates" shall mean any person's or entity's directors, officers, managers, attorneys, advisors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, colleagues, joint venturers, owners, members, stockholders, investors, trustees, partners, parent organizations, subsidiary organizations, administrators, predecessors, successors, insurers, sureties, assigns, affiliates, family members, and other related persons or entities. "Collaboration Agreement" shall mean the Collaboration Agreement dated January 7, 2017 between Andrew W. Tolan and Golden Bell Entertainment, LLC that is attached as Exhibit A to the complaint filed by Plaintiff Andrew W. Tolan in this action. "Golden Bell" shall mean Golden Bell Entertainment, LLC, Golden Bell Studios, LLC, and each of their respective Affiliates, including but not limited to, Marc Goldner, Rachel Korsen, and Robert Gross. Golden Bell shall not take any actions to use, exploit, promote, license,interfere with or infringe upon the Works or Andrew Tolan's rights, title, and interests in theWorks and further set forth in this Order.
