December 3, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER granting #9 LETTER MOTION for Leave to File Motion to Dismiss. The Court reviewed Defendant City of New York's letter and finds that a pre-motion conference is not necessary. Accordingly, Defendant City of New York may proceed in filing its motion to dismiss the complaint. Defendant City of New York shall file its motion to dismiss by December 30, 2021. Plaintiff shall file its opposition by January 21, 2022. Defendant City of New York shall file any reply to Plaintiff's opposition by February 1, 2022. Defendant City of New York is ordered to serve Plaintiff with a copy of its motion to dismiss and reply papers filed on ECF.
