ORDER: The parties have an Initial Pretrial Conference ("IPTC") scheduled on December 21, 2021. Dkt. 4. No later than seven days prior to the IPTC, the parties were ordered to submit a joint letter, not to exceed five (5) pages. The parties have not submitted the joint letter and a proposed case management plan and scheduling order, which were due on December 14, 2021. Furthermore, Defendant has not appeared in this action and the docket does not appear to reflect that Defendant has been served with the Summons and Complaint. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the IPTC scheduled on December 21, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. is adjourned to January 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The parties shall submit the joint letter and proposed case management plan and scheduling order by January 18, 2022.
