ORDER denying 9 Motion for Reconsideration re 9 MOTION for Reconsideration re; 8 Order Dismissing Appeal. filed by Mitchell H. Kossoff. Appellants motion for reconsideration is denied for the reasons stated in Appellee' ;s opposition brief. (See Dkt. No. 16 (21-CV-9938).) Appellant has failed to demonstrate, as required, that the Court overlooked controlling decisions of law or made clear errors of law. See, e.g., Shrader v. CSX Transp. Inc., 70 F.3d 255, 257 (2d Cir. 1995). Moreover, it is clear that the bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion or err in holding Appellant in contempt. Accordingly, Appellant's motions for reconsideration are DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at Docket Number 9 (21- CV-9924) and Docket Number 12 (21-CV-9938). So Ordered. (Signed by Judge J. Paul Oetken on 1/11/2022) (js)
