Filing 3 ORDER: The Court dismisses this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3). But the Court grants Plaintiffs 30 days' leave to file an amended complaint to allege facts showing that the Court has diversity jurisdiction to consider this action. If Plaintiffs fail to comply with this order within the time allowed, the Court will enter judgment dismissing this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See id. The Court instructs the Clerk of Court to hold this matter open on the docket until a civil judgment is entered. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Court directs the Clerk of Court to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiffs and note service on the docket. SO ORDERED.
