ORDER denying as moot #10 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Application DENIED as moot. Defendant's deadline to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint is July 1, 2022, the date of the initial pretrial conference. See Order, Dkt. 10 Paragraph 1 (using bold font). The Court encourages Defense counsel to read all court orders and rules carefully. The Court also forewarns Plaintiff's counsel, who has appeared before the Undersigned in dozens of website ADA cases and is therefore very familiar with the Court's orders and practices, that he should not consent to needless, moot requests to adjourn answer deadlines by Defense counsel.
