STIPULATION: IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties, that the deadline for Defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action is extended from May 26, 2022 up to and including June 9, 2022 to afford the parties additional time to engage in settlement discussions without the expenditure of unnecessary legal fees.
