ORDER: On April 27, 2022, Plaintiff moved for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the shareholder vote of the proposed merger between Zynga, Inc. and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. See Dkts. 9, 10 ("Motion"), 11. Defendants shall file opposition papers by May 6, 2022. A reply, if any, is due by May 10, 2022. On May 17, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., Defendants shall appear for a teleconference to show cause why an order should not issue under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a) granting Plaintiff a preliminary injunction temporarily enjoining the shareholder vote of the proposed merger between Zynga and Take-Two.
