AMENDED CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER granting #29 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Pursuant to Rules 16-26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and following the Honorable Judge M. Casey Rodgers Final Scheduling Order and Mediation Referral ("Scheduling Order"), and the Court having been advised in the premise and agreement of the parties to this action, the Court hereby amends the Scheduling Order as follows: 1. Disclosures of Retained Experts and Written Reports from Plaintiff shall be served on or before August 4, 2022. 2. Disclosures of Retained Experts and Written Reports from Defendants shall be served on or before September 1, 2022. 3. All remaining discovery shall be completed by November 3, 2022. 5. In all other respects, the Scheduling Order is in full force and effect. The parties shall submit a joint status letter to the Court no later than November 10, 2022, advising the Court as to whether the parties request a referral to Judge Gorenstein for a settlement conference or to the Court-annexed mediation program, whether any party plans to file a post-discovery motion, the anticipated grounds for any such motion, and the opposing party's anticipated grounds for opposing the motion. In the event any party plans to file a post-discovery motion, the joint status letter will satisfy the Court's pre-motion letter requirement. SO ORDERED. Discovery due by 11/3/2022. NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT: This case has been transferred from the Honorable M. Casey Rodgers in the Northern District of Florida to the Southern District of New York and assigned to the undersigned.
