On May 9, 2022, the Court directed Defendants to file a pre-motion letter regarding their anticipated motion for transfer and referral of Plaintiff's claims to the bankruptcy court by May 13, 2022. Dkt. 16 at 3. In that Order, the Court also directed Plaintiff to file any response to Defendants' pre-motion letter by May 18, 2022. Id.
