Filing 13 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING RESPONDENT'S MOTION TO SEAL THE FINAL ARBITRATION AWARD: denying #7 Motion to Seal. Novartis's motion to seal the final arbitration award is DENIED. Novartis' alternative request to file a redacted version of the final award is also DENIED except to the extent of allowing it to redact the sales amounts found on page 17 of the award. Novartis has until June 22, 2022 to inform the Court whether it wants the royalty information redacted where it appears at pages 16, 20, 22-23, 25-26, and 28. To that extent, the motion is GRANTED. The clerk is respectfully directed to close the open motion at Docket Number 7. This constitutes the decision and order of the Court. It is a written opinion.
