JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING SCHEDULING: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned parties, as follows: Undersigned counsel for individual defendants Alan Jope, Graeme Pitkethly and Ritva Sotamaa (collectively, the "Individual Defendants") hereby accept service on their behalf. Lead Plaintiffs voluntarily dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 the following individual defendants from the action: Nils Andersen, Youngme Moon, Laura Cha, Judith Hartmann, Andrea Jung, Susan Kilsby, Strive Masiyiwa, John Rishton, and Feike Sijbesma (collectively, the "Dismissed Defendants"). Unilever PLC and the Individual Defendants do not need to answer, move against or otherwise respond to the existing complaint; Lead Plaintiffs shall file an amended complaint by October 31, 2022; Unilever PLC and the Individual Defendants shall answer, move against or otherwi se respond to the amended complaint by December 15, 2022; If Unilever PLC and the Individual Defendants file a motion to dismiss in lieu of an answer, the filing of a pre-motion letter shall not be required; Lead Plaintiff shall file opposition papers to any motion to dismiss by January 24, 2023. Unilever PLC and the Individual Defendants shall file reply papers by February 14, 2023. In light of the automatic stay of discovery under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, the conference currently scheduled for October 12, 2022 shall be adjourned and the parties are relieved of their obligation to file a related joint letter by October 5, 2022 until further order of the Court.
