October 24, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: The Court dismisses this action. The Court, however, grants Plaintiff 30 days' leave to file an amended complaint. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within the time allowed, and cannot show good cause as to why such failure should be excused, the Court will direct the Clerk of Court to enter judgment dismissing this action; the Court will dismiss Plaintiff's claims under federal law for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted, see 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), and will decline to consider, under the Court's supplemental jurisdiction, Plaintiff's claims under state law, see 28 U.S.C. 1367(c)(3). An amended complaint form is attached to this order. Any amended complaint filed should list docket number "1:22-CV-7748 (LTS)" on its first page. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
