STIPULATION REGARDING EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER PLAINTIFFS COMPLAINT OR OTHERWISE PLEAD Plaintiff August Image, LLC ("Plaintiff") and defendant Blue Vista 725, Inc. (Defendant), by and through their respective attorneys or agents, jointly stipulate to extend the deadline for Defendant to respond to the Complaint and, in support thereof, state as follows: 1. Defendant's response to the Complaint is due on or before October 24, 2022. 2. The parties are currently engaging in good faith settlement discussions and Defendant has likewise indicated that it requires additional time to retain counsel to litigate this matter in the event the case cannot be resolved amicably. 3. As a result, the parties stipulate to December 23, 2022 as the new deadline for Defendant to file its response to the Complaint. The parties are reminded that, pursuant to Rule 1.G. of my Individual Rules & Practices in Civil Cases, all requests for adjournments or extensions of time must be made in writing and filed on ECF as letter-motions. The letter-motion must state the following: (1) the original due date; (2) the number of previous requests for adjournments or extensions of time; (3) whether these previous requests were granted or denied; (4) whether the adversary consents and, if not, the reasons given by the adversary for refusing to consent; and (5) the specific reasons for the adjournment or extension of time.
