Given the relatively small amount in controversy ($20,369.73) the Court is firmly of the view that the case can and should settle early, before the parties have expended more than the amount in controversy in fees and costs.To that end, by separate Order to be entered today, the Court is referring this case to the Court-annexed Mediation Program.
